Mine is still on.

If I ever sell it...I can say it still has the screen protector on it"

Who left the box on their unit? And the styrofoam?

Sorry, OP =) Just kidding.

Y'know, until I had a rack case for it, I brought my Ultra to and from band practice in its box.

And I still have my plastic on.

i have a speck of dust or something behind the screen, on top of the LCD... any one know how to get rid of that?

Guilty as charged. I still have the original packing material.

+1. I was about to toss it during a recent purge of the studio, when I noticed the serial number written on the box in pen. I couldn't throw it out. Damn, I'm sentimental.

   I just read this and looked over at my axe and realized I never took the plastic off the display  . Oh well, it's been months, might as well see how long it lasts now

And as for the plastic cover on the sofa, whilst doing the wild monkey dance with the lady, the plastic keeps her in place

I took it off when I realised it was a keeper. I had a G Force for about 7 years & sold it recently with the film still over the display.
