Keep experimenting V9.. trying to get more rounder tone but maybe Axe's tone is too sparky for sound of 80-90's?
Anyway, I'm pretty happy with the solo tone... it's based on recti simul through (real)dunlop wah. ;)
First sitar like clean tone and other cleans are processed by amplitube fender vst.
I have to say it excels Axe-Fx when it comes to fenderish clean.

I've been a huge Metallica fan since I was 9yrs old, so naturally I found myself singing every word to this song with your recording. I love it when people nail these tones. What's your guitar/pickup setup? Also, will you be sharing your patches?

The lead tone isn't quite perfect, but it's DAMN close. The rhythm patch is damn near spot on!

Sounds awesome again!
But IMHO your other recordings (blackened and dyers eye) are much more close to the original.
Is there any chance you can post them? :cry:
