Where are the USB Drivers stored in OS X ?

Installed the USB Drivers in my MacBook, running OS X Lion, and it hosed my MIDI Configuration... does anyone know where the Axe FX II USB Driver is stored ? ( it is not in the normal Library/Audio/Midi Drivers... ) I need to remove it so I can get back to normal..

This also happened with the Avid drivers for ProTools... seems Lion has a few problems that need to be worked out.... :-/ and I want to try out some of the user presets !

The Fractal Usb Driver is not what I would normally consider a driver, but what gets installed is a daemon that sits in a run loop checking for a device matching the Axe II USB port; when it finds the matching device it downloads the software so that the USB device works with the standard OS USB class driver.

In addition to the files yek mentioned, the software installs /Library/LauchDaemons/com.fractalaudio.axefx2load.plist.
