Blew the dust off my old pointy Jap Charvel 475 Deluxe from the 90's and it just has a neck profile and feel I still love. Stuck a new Schaller Floyd on it to replace the old rusty original and it's playing great with rock stable tuning.
Unfortunately a bright red pointy headstock sharkfin inlay guitar is not quite in keeping with me these days ... it hasn't changed but I certainly have in the last 25 or so years!
I got a Charvel HH San Dimas (Mexican) with the fender style headstock but it's neck is a lot chunkier and actually not that comfortable to me even after playing it a year or 2 on and off.
Any other 475 owners out there? Did you find a guitar with similar feel neck lately?
