What cable do I use to chain link a pair of powered PA speakers?

My powered pa speakers is the Electro-Voice ZLX12P. Both has aux in as well as XLR outs. If I were to use the aux in to play music from my phone don't I have to chain link both the speakers for stereo (left and right)? Do I use an XLR to XLR cable?
 
If the speaker doesn’t specifically have a “stereo link” function than that may not work. Yamaha and other speakers have this.

Depends on what you mean by “chain linked.” That’s not a standard audio term.

The ZLX series are mono speakers. Their output jacks are mono. If you want stereo sound from two of them, your gear has to send the right channel to one speaker and the left channel to the other one.
