Just like the subject says. What’s your favorite advanced parameter settings in the drive block? What does it do for you? Is it replicating a different drive pedal?

Bit Reduction and Sample Rate can be fun for making some gritty / lo-fi sounds.

You can also experiment with the Mix control - especially for low-mid gain tones.

^^^ This, most of the time. Just a tad of clean, more sometimes, really helps definition.

I sometimes mess with the diodes on the models that let you, but that's a much subtler thing.

That's an Axe Fx III thing... As is the Dry Gain, which is another cool tweak.
