To achieve stuff like Dimebag does, I say..get a guitar with a Floyd, watch the video and practice...that's how

Maybe that is the best way for sure, but I asked here because I don’t want to get a guitar with a floyd, just want to see if it can be done with the pitch block somehow

For those who do have a guitar with a FR bridge setup; try adding a wah to your gain tone. It makes these extreme squeals much easier to get.
