Whammy Engaging for milisecond when switching presets

I know for a fact its not a bug. I am almost positive I have something switched on or off causing this. When I switch to my lead patch all good same when switching to any of my other presets. Ok but when I switch back to my rhythm with pitch block off it does a quick hi 2 octave rrrrrreeeeerrr reerrr eeeet then all good. Any one on here had this happen before I have not driving me nuts. I am touring with Soulfly and do not have much time to mess with AXE so need some help. My chain is as Follows- GATE-PITCH(2 octave up-OFF)-TS-808-PVH6160-CAB(OH_MESA_V30)-DELAY(OFF)-OUT

ANY HELP IS MUCH APREACIATED
 
Do you set your pitch block to auto engage when you move the pedal or do you on/off with an IA switch on the MFC?
 
Also look at the delay spillover. Do you have different times in the delay blocks?
