Weird Axe-Edit behavior with a II XL

Posting to the lounge as I can't find any II-specific areas...

I'm running the latest Axe-edit version 3.14.6 with my II XL and am getting very weird behavior. Examples include:

- Move 3 blocks to the left (without breaking any connection) and output volume goes way down (about 12dB!). No blocks were changed, no connections were affected. No mixer block, so it isn't a row thing (the blocks were moved in the the same row anyways, I was just making space to add another block)

- Just by selecting the pitch block (and not changing anything), the amp's character is completely different (much lower gain and volume)

- whereas parameters with modifiers used to show the setting change when activating the associated expression pedal, now the effect does what it is supposed to but no change is visible on axe-edit display

- etc...

This is a relatively new computer with Windows 11, but I don't know if the weird behavior coincided with the computer change.

Anyone else see issues in axe-edit on a gen II device? I realize my chances of seeing a fix on legacy product is rather thin...

What I fear is that I save an edited preset when the interface has changed something in the background that I'm not aware of. So far, every time it did something obvious, I quit out of axe-edit, abandoned my changes to the preset, and started over (I couldn't trust what axe-edit might have done). But it would be a pity to not be able to use it at all. I'm well versed in front panel editing, but axe-edit offers a luxurious comfortable way for some things
