Waiting for tuner......Please help.

I am making great headway programming the MFC-101. The only big issue is when I press preset 17 for the tuner is just says "Waiting for tuner///" I am in Axe FX mode.

I emailed support and received the following answer:

First you need to make sure that "Send Realtime Sysex" is turned on in the Axe-Fx I/O->MIDI menu. Next you need to make sure that your MIDI cable has all pins wired.

I set the Send Realtime Sysex to on, checked the midi cable and it is still not working. Any thoughts?

Make sure that the Tuner is not on its second menu page but on the first (front panel).
