Wah using auto engage retuns on when changing patches

I have a mission ep1 set to auto engage but when i change patches the wah is on....what am i doing wrong?
 
The min is set to zero. It works fine when it engages just is on when the patch is recalled . I ill make sure they are saved with the wah bypassed....that could be it will check in the morning. Thanks for the help
 
If you have the pedal plugged into the Axe directly (not through some other midi controller) you may need to run the calibration utility in the Axe.
