Wah autoengages at CC value of 28 instead of 5%

Hi, I noticed the Wah engages quite late. Settings: SOURCE: EXTERNAL 1 MIN: 0.00 MAX: 10.00 START: 0.0% MID: 50.0% END: 100.0% SLOPE: 50.0% DAMP: 0ms AUTENG: FAST OFF VAL: 5.0% I just checked with a midi monitor and it only engages at value of 28. So in the range from 0-127 that is 22%) Off is at 5%

It is speed based. 5% is the value it will shut off at. It will turn on when it detects the pedal has been moved faster than a certain velocity. This prevents the effect from engaging if the pedal slowly droops.
 
I tried autoengage on a wah the other day and noticed the same basic thing, though I didn't know what Cliff just said. At any rate, it wasn't usable as it would turn off every time I rocked back. There's probably a way around this, but I didn't really care since my pedal has the switch built it.
 
I deleted and reinserted the block. That fixed it. Disengages again at 5%. But I still feel it doesn't work as smooth as on the Ultra.
