o Added Scene MIDI view.
o Added "Integral Pre" layout to DRIVE block.
o Added "Filter Type" to DELAY block's Sweep type.
o Updated layouts for MULTITAP DELAY.
* Corrected a bug in Manage Presets in which the last unsaved name of the current preset is shown.
* Removed "Custom Scale" from the PITCH block's "Intelligent Shift Dual" Expert Edit layout.
* Added Axe-Change support. See menu Tools / Axe-Change.
* Added a context menu to the left of the block icon in the block's parameter edit view. This allows switching between different the blocks in the preset when in Expert Edit mode without having to exit the mode and selecting the block from the grid.
