You don't normally see that kind of behavior from a major appliance.

There aren't a whole hell of a lot of people using the XL yet so I'd probably try rolling the FW back to see if it goes away before sending it off. We've seen bugs slip through before. It just doesn't seem like a hardware issue. Actually the symptoms really look like a modifier problem as someone else mentioned. To me that could be software.

we did try that after i posted the update above, 14.03. nothing worked
