Volume Boost and Tone Changing

For clean boost you can definitely use a filter block set to null. I have mine set to 3 and 5db boost on channels A & B. Never needed the 5 db but it's there in case of emergency lol.

You might try this. You can move the filter frequency up until it is the right amount of edgy for you.

You use Both a filter and a PEQ? And you’re doing all above to increase volume AND cut through better for a solo or just to cut through better (which may give the aural appearance of being louder)?

Only when using a PEQ in front of the Amp as a gain boost/pre-EQ.

I should try to get one of those Moke cars.

If you love your regular sound/tone and just want to make it louder in volume, why not just use different volumes in each scene? it is as simple as that and it won't change anything in your sound because nothing is changing in your your signal flow...
