Been listening to more Ariel Posen...
He's got a certain thing going on in his solos.
Since it sounded like a fuzz of some sort but I'm not a big fuzz user, I just slapped a Bender Fuzz in place of my normal drive as it was already getting close.
But he's got something else going on.
I thought maybe it was a slap back delay before the amp.
Added a Mono Digital Delay right before the Amp block with feedback and mix both about 10% and delay time about 120ms.
Boom! Very cool!
Tonight I tried the Face Fuzz and Mono Tape and even bumped the time to about 150ms.
Mind you I drop have my normal post Cab dual Delay and Reverb.
Next experiment is to throw a Spring Reverb before the Amp, too.
That slap back is addictive!
