Vienna Ensemble Pro 5 not seeing Axe-Fx II as an audio device

Hello,
I don't know if anyone is familiar with Vienna Ensemble Pro 5 and MIR Pro 5 from Vienna Instruments but I am having an issue with Vienna Ensemble Pro 5 not 'seeing' my Axe-Fx II as an audio device. I am receiving an Audio Engine error (see pic) and under the Preferences dialog in VEP 5 under the Audio Routing tab there's nothing (see pic). Even if no one is familiar with VEP 5 if some one might possibly have an idea as to why this is not working and what a possible fix would be, it would really mean a lot to me. I have also contacted Vienna Instruments support and am awaiting a response. Many thanks in advance for any help or advice anyone is willing to give. I greatly appreciate it.

Best regards,

Greg
