Recorded a quick demo of my VHT Classic Power Amplifier with "CA3+" models (CAE3+SE). You can hear the VHT Classic in 0:00-1:59 and, for comparison, a generic solid-state power amp from 2:00.
I love how it delivers FXs like delay/reverb clearly as a "layer" in the higher frequencies, rather than muddy artifact to be buried in a mix.
Surprised that it has a much wider window of tone adjustment by input level, Voicing switch, Vintage/Classic mode, along with the knobs in the front panel.
To my ears, this power amp really shines in crunch tone like CA3+ Rhythm. I should have pushed the input more in clean tone and less in lead tone in this demo, I guess.
