Thanks man, I ordered the guitar on september 11th and got it yesterday, so about 1 month and a half is the wait time!

Well that is pretty monstrous riffage sir. Koa on the guitar? I'm late to the Carvin thing but I bought a KILLER C66C and a 7 string DC 727 from them this year and they really do make amazing stuff. I'll be picking up a carved top in January.

It's a walnut flamed maple top actually! the body is swamp ash it plays reaaaal nicely! though when I received it the first fret buzzed a bit, fixed it with a little truss rod turning

I recommend carvins to anyone who is seeking great guitars for reasonable price!
