Using send/return/two rows affect sound?

Hi,
Is there any negative impact using two rows by using send and return?

A few percentage of cpu I notice. I feel like the sound is getting a bit compressed or is it just imagination?

Imagination. Send and return do not process sound in any way (besides that you can change levels)

Make sure the Level control is adjusted. I believe the Return block defaults to 0% for cases where it's used as a feedback loop as opposed to a "grid expander".
