Using Axe fx or DAW for IR shooting???

Just a quick Q here. I use studio one and it has an IR maker. I can adjust the length of the capture in ms. and it uses a sine sweep for the capture. Would there be any benefit to using my daw's IR maker for ultrares, or would using the axe for shooting IR's be better?

Why not try the two and compare ? Ultrares IR work great with axe and daw for me but i m curious about the studio one way ...

Good idea, once the new cablab come out so I can convert the wav. file to sysx. I will try both ways and see if there is any difference.
