Using a QSC K12

QSC K's have hyped lows and highs (and muddy mids). I have a K10 that I replaced with a CLR. No comparison. Still have the K10 for a spare vocal monitor, but would never use it for guitar again. You would be much better off with CLR's or one of the other options like Xitone.

Ive just bought 2 isc k12.2. Sound really crappy with my axe. I play some u2 tune and now all my sounds are way too bright. All high e notes feels like playing in a food can. Tried eq the qsc. Not working. Hi pass on axe delays. Not working. Lowering the treble tone in amp block.... Not working. Any suggestions please. Some suggested an hi cut in cab block amd lowering 2k and 4k. Any other advice before o bring them back to the store.
you can't use a K without using high and low cut in cab. Use the sub roll off on K. Then in Cab use a low cut of 100 and a high cut of 6000. If you want more low end tweak your low cut. If you lost to much highs slowly raise high cut. It makes a world of difference
