Wish User Layout Backup on Hardware

I would like to be able to store two custom layouts on the FM3 hardware. It would make switching between using the FM3 on its own and with the FC6 really easy. I know that the OMG9 layout was added but to have the option of storing a couple of user layouts would be really useful.

No, I am asking to be able to have two full footswitch set ups, (user defined), stored on the hardware so I can switch between the FM3 standalone and the FM3 + FC6 without having to hook up a computer.

+1. Adding support to switch between layout sets from the device itself would be useful. It could be in the same menu that lets you load the OMG layout, just with a couple of user slots.

Same needing with FM3 and FC6. Sometimes I need both units, sometimes just one.

It would depend on how much memory the extra set or sets of layouts require. I will talk about this with engineering.
No promises and it would be a low priority project though.

I would find this very useful. I currently store a few variants (full layout sets) on my computer and load the appropriate one before I leave to play. I'm not looking forward to the day I forget to load before I leave. I know, not the end of the world but having the ability to store a couple on the device would be really useful and convenient.

I agree that it would be a good place.

It would be useful also to add the possibility of holding a button and power on the device for "FM3 Layouts" (and power on without that button for "FM3+FC1+FC2 Layouts")

I thought of this same thing this weekend with a twist.

Call it User Layouts (empty slots for our custom layouts)
I would be great to see this implemented across the FM3 FM9 and Axe Fx III
