User Cabinet Bank Question

I Just Purchased the Redwirez Big box bundle, worth every penny for those who have not tried them. My question is can I simply over write the current file in the user bank with a new cabinet file or do I have to first insert the empty cabinet block, and then insert the new cabinet file when I want to change the file in the cabinet bank.

This may seem like a stupid question but, I just started playing with user cabinets.
