USB connection is lost

Hello everyone! Someone who knows could help me understand! In the room adjacent to the study I have light switches with relays well, it happens that when I turn on the light with one of these switches the USB connection is disconnected! And I have to restart all this happens with fractal ax 3 ... while with Helix it does not .. So you could give me an indication, maybe it's a setting of the ax3 but I was unable to find a solution even in the manual .. Thanks
 
Apologies as I no longer use a Mac, but I’m sure those here who do can chime in.

I know there are plenty of threads in the past about things such as “aggregate devices”… But that’s really beyond anything I could help you with as a M$FT captive. ;)

Perhaps poker round on those kind of threads for some help. If all else fails you might be able to get support to help you out.
