I was fooling around with USA Lead 1+ model tonight and tried a couple things that might interest people. I put an 808 in front of it, switched off the bright switch and turned on the fat switch. Sounds good to me this way. I have the amp's gain down pretty low and use the graphic eq to shape the tone a bit more. I also use Ownhammer's old Mesa V31 Fathead mic position 3 IR, still my favorite high gain IR.
