Urgent Help: Output not working

Urgent help needed:
I have a gig on the weekend and suddenly my FM3’s output is not working. Tested whether the signal chain is set up right, already updated the unit, and tested multiple patches and i/o settings.

1. On phone out there’s a hum noise even if input cable is taken out.
2. The signals for both input and output inside device shows up fine; the parameters in fm3 edit also looks fine.

Please help.

I assume you've tried power cycling?

And obviously the knob on the front is turned up?

And the output block is activated....

does the issue cover all of the presets? If yes than check global settings if there has been some substantial change happened that affects the output!.
as unix guy stated the knobs out 1 out 2 are cranked up ?
Have you had a chance to test if usb audio will hit the output also?
like backing track from your computer and see how far the signal chain is working. If that is working next step would be to setup a new preset. Input— output so you can check if the guitar signal will flow through the grid...
