Bug? Urgent Help needed - FW 10.02 smashed my Axe fx 2

I have just upgraded from FW 10.0 to the FW 10.02 via the bot and waited more than 5 seconds.

When I switched on the axe I still saw the Information "Update successfull...." but with some black pixels on the screen.

Now, as I have switched on and off several times the screen looks like this

No Tone - no reaction - just nothing.



And again, yes I have waited more than 5 seconds an I have used the bot.

Yikes, this does not look good. Can you update again or there is no response?
 
No response, but as I was desperate I still played around and pressed enter and then switched on.

The first time it seemed I had deleted all presets so I did this again for 2 more times - as I said I was desperate.

And guess what -- suddenly it works again.

Must have been something strange.
So If somebody has the same problem - try holding enter and switch on several times.

And pray.....
 
Don't panic just yet. Have you contacted support @ FAS already? If not, do that.

edit: Fixed as I was typing.
