Updating Via Axe II XL

It's been over a year since I have updated my original MFC-101. Can someone point me in the direction of instructions of how to update the MFC from the computer via the Axe II XL.

I believe you will need to update BOTH Axe FX rack and MFC-101 so they will work together.
