updating from 10.01 to firmware 11 on mac pro

i got a mac pro
m audio midsport 2x2

it shows the firmware in axe edit
axe edit works as usual , but when i try to update the firmware it says no hardware detected


the midi is connected, and i understand if i says the version im using it means the wires are good.

i asked on the fractal facebook and FRACTAL AUDIO told me this

so please help me guys! thanks in advance
 
Need to move thread to Axe FX General Discussion; you should get more response there. This forum is for Axe FX II - not version 11 firmware for Std/Ultra.

Yes get this program, i've used it from day one, just default settings, on the Mac, never had a problem, but I'm using a Motu interface, it should work for you with your interface too, I just upgraded 2 Ultras and a Standard last night and today, and all went smooth as always, PM me your location if you'r anywhere near my area I can help you out. I'm not familiar with the MidiSport, so can't be of much help with that interface.
