Unbalanced Output1R not working?

I have my Ultra for 7 months now and have mostly used it mono L to my poweramp. Never bothered checking the R side until this week for some experimenting. It outputs a very low fuzzy signal. Tried a different cable, no change. The XLR's out function perfect. Any suggestions?

I also tried taking my head out of my ass, but the Right output still sounded fuzzy. :lol:

In all seriousness, Java is right. You need to contact support, I remember another person on the forum reporting the same problem.
