Unable to update to Ultra 11.01

Very frustrating. Have gone away from it and stepped back into it several times.
Have tried the Bome SendSx route (v 1.30), the Axe-edit route (v 1.0.255), and the MIDI-OX route.
Nothing is working. I'm using an M-Audio Delta1010LT for Midi in-out. The midi config settings allow for
movement of data to and fro, but the send maxxes out at around 80%, sometimes around 50% or less.
My CPU is running in the red (I've noticed)...maybe that has something to do with it.

If anyone could assist, I'd be grateful. Otherwise, maybe I'll have to drive up to the 'factory' in NH for the update....

have you tried turning down the data transfer rates in the respective midi programs? slowed it down?
thats what most here will say. try that and let us know.
