Unable to download anything from the forum-how do I fix this?

Make sure your logged in as well. if your not logged in it will not let you download anything

Actually your screenshot suggests it's downloaded ok, just no program is associated with syx extension...
Do check your download folder

hi Kram74,
if you open windows file explorer, and navigate to your ‘downloads’ folder, you’ll see you’ve downloaded that file twice. Rather than trying to open it, open Axe edit, open an empty preset (or one you don’t want anymore) and then drag the file from windows file explorer, to the preset title in axe edit. It will overwrite what was there, and away you go. Nothing is permanent until you hit the save button.
