Ultra Quick Start Guide

I used to have a quick start guide that was just a few pages that showed how to get started, edit a patch, basic function of the controls on the Ultra etc. I lost it somewhere and was wondering if anyone knew where to get it. It's not from the manual, and I haven't been able to locate it with searches.
