Two guitars, one stereo with the II?

I know that comparable questions have been asked, but I think not exactly the same.
Ok, so I use the front input with my electrics. I'd like to use the back inputs for my stereo acoustics. Is that possible without reprogramming the inputs every time I change guitars in a live situation.

you can if you use Input 2 for your Acoustic and put an FX Loop block at the front of your acoustic preset layout, assuming you don't use the FX Loop already.
