tuner bleed and volume drop

Hi,
I am on FW 3.02 and have this strange issue with the tuner, it doesnt fully mute the signal. If I activate the tuner to switch guitars, you still here buzz come trough, when tipping the cable with fingers. After I deactivate the tuner sometimes the volume rises, therefore the amp gets more distorted, and the volume gets lower and louder for a couple seconds, rebooting does fix this, but this would be a nightmare to do during a show.

The tuner issue always occurs and the volume issue from time to time. Is there a fix or is this a bug?

Describe your setup (FRFR, into the front of an amp, 4CM, etc) and tell us the method you’re using to activate the tuner.

What mute setting do you have on the tuner (Off, Input, or Output)?

I am going straight into the FM3 and direct to FOH via xlr. The tuner mode is set to output.
