Trying to re-organise and tweak my patches and board

The only thing I have seen as an obstacle is I want to use Compressor, Filter (boost), and Delay all together for a
Lead Solo Button, but some patches that wouldn't particularly need the compressor as part of a lead sound use it as part of the rhythm sound

Question, Could I replace one of them with the Multiband compressor set to do the same job?
 
Yes. It uses more DSP however.

You do have two regular compressors, by the way.
