Troubleshooting new unit without output

I've just received my axe-fx 3. It looks like it only output some white noise, and nothing else. I see the output leds level properly lighting up. I"ve tried both output 1 to my monitors, and the headphone output. I also tried the synth block without tracking.

Any idea what I could try next?

I ended up reinstalling the latest firmware, resetting the factory settings and it's working properly now. My bad.
