Trouble using SuperOD

Hey guys. I own a Boss SD-1 and love it to death, it's a big part of my tone, but I'm having trouble getting it to sound the same when using the SuperOD drive model in my AxeFX. Any idea on how I can get it to sound like the real deal? I wouldn't mind having to take the pedal with me to gigs too, but it would be nice to have it all in the AxeFX.
