Tried to get VanHalen sound

Tried to get some Van Halen sound .

I think it sounds pretty good.
I maxed the treble out in all ways i could think
of . But there really should be even more treble to sound like Van Halen I think.
I´m shure I could have solved it with an eq but I didn´t, just wanted to see how close
I could get with just the amp-block.

That was a Plexi sim alone without a drive model in front of it?

Hi Thomas,

as with your other clips this sounds great! Is this your magical custom IR again? I do hope you agree to upload it at some point as you are getting some killer tones out of the Axe with it.

Was this Plexi or Plexi2 amp sim? Plexi2 has more bite and top end in general, might be worth a look if it was the plexi amp...
