Transferring data from one MFC-101 to another MFC-101?

I have owned an Axe fx 2 mk1 plus MF-101 for many years. But now a friend gave me his Axe fx 2 XL+ with the MFC-101 mk3.

Is there a way to transfer my settings on my MFC-101 mk1 to the mk3 without having to copy all the settings one by one manually? How do I do that? Thanks, Barend

FractalBot has a backup/restore utility for MFC. Not sure tho, how it will go if the 2 MFCs are on different firmwares.

The MFCEdit program might offer something also but its been discontinued for a while and no longer works on my computer, so can't confirm.

Thanks. I have never used the MFCEdit software. I will check it with Fractalbot. Happy new year!

Been a long time but seems like the mfc would send a sys dump through midi for a back up. That may have been with the edit though. Searching old posts it looks like mfc will not cross from different models with out using the edit.
