Tooltips not showing ?

Got a minor bug with the new Axe Edit 3.9.0, the tool tips are not showing properly. Got no other problems and i could just the tool tips off, but i just wonder what happened here...
Running Windows 10 64bit.
(No problems with my other/older system with Windows 7)

I've digged into my system, first i tried to delete the program (also removed the install directory and the Axe edit entries in the users/appdata/local and roaming directories). After re-installing still the same weird tooltips...
I turned tooltips off, it was annoying me.... i can live without them ;)
 
Just tried a new solution (or workaround). I have changed the compatibility mode for Axe-Edit.exe to Windows 8. On my home system this works.
BTW, On my main DAW system i had no problems with AxeEdit running on Windows 10 64bit...
