Tone matching with Ozone 5

Is it possible to make a patch that is close to the original isolated guitar track (like you would with the AXEFX2), load them both into your DAW, do the magic thingy m'bobby in Ozone 5 to create an impulse that change it to a sysex file to upload into the cab block of the Ultra/Standard?

Yes, as others have said. The examples that I have uploaded were made using Ozone 5.
