Toggling between LFO Controller Channels Via Midi CC To Toggle LFO Tempo

I'd like to be able to assign a Midi CC to control the Controller Block's channels so that i can gaplessly toggle between different LFO tempo values on the fly.

Is this possible? I can't seem to find a way to do this in the Midi/Remote menu.

I'd like to be able to do this as a workaround to the fact that LFO tempo can't have a modifier attached to it.
