Thank you. Today I saw Marcus King's new Rig Rundown and his Orange head/cab sounded so great. So I ran upstairs and pulled the amp/cab from the RV50 preset into my main preset and got really close to that sound in an instant...I mean, I'll say it took about 10 minutes to dial it into my preset with levels and "various other" minor tweaks. I should say also that I really had a love/hate relationship with the AX8. I finally got a really nice rig together but it took a long time...partly because I didn't know what I was doing, but also because I couldn't find a preset that was as ready to go as the BE, Bassman, JTM45, and now RV50 were in the FM9 and in my Axe3. And I haven't even tried the newest beta in my Axe3 yet! It is all so bad ass.
 
Good reminder. I think I either forgot about Marcus or didn't know of him.

Enjoyed the rundown. Some fantastic amp sounds, hissing and fizzing :)

Seemed to me he's always using two different amps [amp brands] in parallel?

Said all three are in the chain all the time. The 2 Orange heads into 8-10 cabs seem to dominate his tone. The Fender runs into a 2-15 cab and is probably contributing thump as much for feel factor as anything.
