Thumps (& clip lights) when changing presets

Is anyone else getting loud thumps accompanied by output clip lights when changing presets in V9? I'm getting this when I change from a heavy Das Metal-based patch to a clean one using the JC120. I've tried turning off spillover, as well as bypassing all blocks other than the amp & cab. I remember having a very similar problem in the past with the Euro Uber, but I thought that was just something odd with that particular model (and that was fixed in v7 IIRC). Just curious if I'm the only one seeing this type of behavior.

Update: I changed the clean patch to use the TX Star Lead model and the thump went away. Didn't change anything else with the patches, and spillover (both) is turned back on. Maybe it's something with the JC120 model?
