Think something is wrong with my ultra!!

Had a gig last night and the ultras input 1 LEDs stayed all the way up. We plugged in the guitar and it didn't read a signal. It stayed like this. I plugged it in right now and turned on and it continues to stay like this. The ultra and the axe fx 2 are powered by the same matrix gt1600fx. Have any you had this problem? Thanks guys
