Anyone have a preset for this tune? My band is now doing this tune. Sounds like there is two electric guitar tones going on: a rhythm tone and the tone used for the tag line. Cheers.
 
There was a Robert Smith patch posted some time in the past. IIRC it was pretty good. Do a search for it either here or on axechange...
 
You can use any Fender clean amp, the Boss chorus pedal sim and a delay to match your tempo. I put a boost on for the descending/ascending solo part.
 
On my most used preset, the clean (X side) amp is the CAE Clean, which is an amazing clean and I keep going back to it. Add Chorus and Delay and Bob's your uncle. :)
I use that and a boost/od for the lead parts.
