First of all, damn. that is a clean looking board. real nice. I thought about getting a mod for Inst cable for guitar. Are you finding you need a buffer of any kind or not running too long of cable length?

Thanks! appreciate the comment. Cable length isn't that long from the FM9 to the tail and I usually use a 6m max length Klotz cable plugged into the input of the tail. No buffer needed and I find I get a good signal from it. Always sounds great! I did have the tails made for me from a decent place over here in a UK. I always use them, their work is really good quality. So that always helps.

I just do it for ease really when setting up at a gig and also wear and tear on the FM9's connectors.
