Here it is and I think it is the one I used. Might need some minor tweaks to fit your axe and you are ready to go I think.

I hope it works for you and if you do any enhancements to the patch let me know I'd be happy to try em out.

I'll try to record some more TMac in the future but right now it has been alot of other activities distracting me
